Key Responsibilities 📌
- Achieve monthly sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors and project customers.
- Execute product promotions, in-store activations and market visits.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
- Ensure timely collections and proper merchandising/visibility.
- Prepare simple reports: sales, route plans, coverage and feedback.
Requirements ✅
- GCE A/L or equivalent; sales/marketing certificates are an advantage.
- 1+ year experience in field sales/merchandising (FMCG, building materials or PVC preferred).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills; customer-first mindset.
- Ability to travel within Wariyapola / Kurunegala region.
- Motorbike license preferred; MS Office/Google Sheets familiarity.
