Position: Call Center Operator

Language: Sinhala & English (Tamil is a plus)

Key Responsibilities
*Answer inbound calls and make follow-up/outbound calls
*Record orders, inquiries, and complaints in the CRM
*Provide accurate information and escalate complex issues
*Schedule callbacks and maintain call logs
*Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets
Qualifications & Skills
*Pleasant telephone manner & active listening
*Basic computer literacy (typing, email, spreadsheets/CRM)
*Team player with a positive attitude
*Punctual and target-oriented
*Prior BPO/retail/tele-sales experience is a plus (not required)
